About the event

Community In Crisis – Ipswich Community Forum is a free community event bringing together local residents, people with lived experience, community organisations, support services, businesses, community leaders and government representatives.

The purpose of the forum is simple: to give the Ipswich community a genuine opportunity to be heard.

Throughout the event, we will discuss some of the major issues affecting people across Ipswich and surrounding areas, including housing and homelessness, domestic and family violence, mental health, disability, cost-of-living pressures, access to services and other concerns raised by the community.

This is not an event focused on one organisation, one speaker or one issue. It is about the community as a whole.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Hear directly from community members, local services and government representatives
