Building a stronger crisis response, together

Tee Off for Community is the official launch of the TwoHearts Crisis Response Program — a business-to-business event designed to connect the people and organisations at the heart of community support.

This event brings together providers, leaders, and decision-makers working across crisis and community services — the people who step in when it matters most.

This is not a general public event.

It’s built for those committed to improving coordination, strengthening partnerships, and delivering better outcomes for people in crisis.

About the TwoHearts Crisis Response Program

The Crisis Response Program is TwoHearts' answer to a gap everyone in this sector knows too well. When someone hits a crisis, whether that's domestic violence, homelessness, or a hospital discharge with nowhere safe to go, the response is often slow, fragmented, or locked behind NDIS eligibility.

This program is open to everyone and built around fast, coordinated, short term support. You can read the full program details here, and at the launch you'll hear exactly how it works and how your organisation can plug into it.
