Dream Rescripting Template
A practical and trauma-informed worksheet designed to help individuals explore and reshape distressing dreams and nightmares in a safe and structured way.
Dream rescripting helps reduce the emotional impact of nightmares by exploring the dream and creating a safer or more empowering outcome.
This resource includes:

• Emotional processing sections
• Grounding strategies
• Simple psychoeducation
Can be completed independently, however support from a mental health professional is recommended for individuals experiencing significant trauma or distress.
